Product Description

With excellent rigidity, low temperature and cold flow resistance, PCTFE (PolyChloroTriFluoroEthylene) is an ideal sealing material under the condition of low temperature and high pressure in enormous high-tech fields.

Features:
PCTFE contains 49% F. It has high compressive strength, high hardness, creep resistance, lowest moisture vapor transmission rate and very low gas permeance rate. Infrared, ultraviolet and visible lights can easily penetrate through PCTFE.

FILLED MATERIAL:

Polybenzoate: Improve the creep resistance, dimensional stability,hig temperature;
Bronze: Increases hardness and wear resistance,Increases dimensional stability and compressive strength,Not suitable for corrosive or electrical applications
Silicon Disulfide:  Improve wear resistance,dimensional stability and chemical resistance.

A: Sorry, Free samples are not available for the custom parts. But after you place the order, samples cost would be return. Which is "FREE" in some way.

Q: I have a drawing, can you produce?

A: First, please send your drawing to our sales representative, they will forward all the information to our engineer and evaluate our capacity, a detail proposal will be reply with 24 hours.

Q: I have a PTFE sample but don't have drawing, what can i do?

A: In this situation, firstly please send us some photos of your sample, we will evaluate. If our factory can produce, then secondly we will ask sample from you, the Draftsman will make drawings according your sample, PS: Make sure your sample is new and unused.

Q: What are you usual terms of payment?

Q: What is your available tolerance?

A: Generally, tolerance is based on the design and material, we are now able to reach +/-0.001(inch) for certain parts.
